Yes, centre. I know, colour me surpised. Now, I don't want to overanalyse this, but I'm not sure this allegedly American organisation has any possible defence for this strange spelling. Really, what absolute prats! In fact, I find it so upsetting, I think I'm going to have to leave my flat and go down to the pub for a pint. Cheers!
